Role Overview
Communicate and coordinate with both internal and external parties for resolving customer inquiries timely
Follow up with clients on various aspects related to MPF and ORSO scheme
Handle complaints, reports and digital service development
Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Ideal Profile
Degree or above in business related discipline
Min 3 year’s customer service experience in retirement industry and with MPF Intermediaries License
Excellent listening and communication skills
Attentive to details, independent and diligent
Good knowledge in PC skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Chinese typing a must
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua an advantage)
Immediately available is highly preferred
