Responsibilities
- Handle all guest enquiries requests via fax / email / calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Update guest profile and database
- Prepare various reservations related reports

Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related disciplineCourteous, service-oriented with pleasant personalityExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsProficiency in spoken and written English and ChineseProficiency in Microsoft office applications and Hotel Reservation Systems
