Handle all guest enquiries requests via fax / email / calls up-to-standard service
Be knowledgeable of all of the hotel’s products and services
Maintain reservation records and guest database
Follow up on booking amendment or cancellation
Requirements :
Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in related field is preferred
Willing to learn, able to work independently with collaborative attitude
Mature candidate with good communication skills
Good command of spoken and written for both English & Chinese
Proficiency in PC operations including MS Word, Excel, Power Point
Knowledge of Opera system is an advantage
