Key Responsibilities :
Perform clerical and customer services duties to support the operation of the Department. Typical duties include :
- Undertake receptionist duties, answer enquiries, patient registration, handle data and information access request, etc
- Operate telephone and other communication systems
- Handle correspondence and documents including filing and record keeping
- Medical records management
- Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders such as wards and clients / patients
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements :
Form 5 (HKCEE) / Form 6 (HKDSE) or aboveGood command of spoken and written English, Chinese and MandarinMulti-tasked with good communication skillsRelevant experience in customer services or handling of medical records is an advantageProficiency in using Microsoft applications including English and Chinese Word ProcessingShift duty is required for Customer Services Representative; job rotation to Support Services Centre at Fanling is required for Clerk in handling medical records
