What you ‘ll be doing

• Provide comprehensive remote and onsite IT support services to retail store users.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of hardware and software issues, including POS setup, store networks, digital devices (mobile tablets, traffic counters, digital screens, etc.), and general office IT support.
• Manage IT aspects of store project activities, including renovations, relocations, popup stores, and new store openings.
• Lead POS system setup and configuration, ensuring seamless operation and providing advanced POS training for retail staff.
• Monitor and maintain system health, backup operations, and data security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT readiness for retail operations and project timelines.
• Continuously improve IT processes to support the company’s fast-growing business.
