Job description5-10 years of experience in middle office, trade support, or trading operations within the financial industry, preferably from the buy-side Must have an in-depth understanding of the Trade Settlement process Strong Excel Macros / VBA skills with an interest in optimizing and automating processes (Experience with Python would be a plus) Analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail Self-motivated and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environment Team player with a humble, positive attitude and amitment to growth Fluency in English Excited to solve tough problems and contribute to a high-performance culture

What You’ll Do
- Manage and enhance processes for trade settlements, position records, and reconciliations
- Work closely with counterparties, service providers, and internal teams worldwide to resolve issues and improve workflows
- Propose creative solutions to streamline and automate operations in a high-stakes, dynamic setting
- Provide mentorship to junior colleagues and lead by example
