This role will provide support to Customer Operations by contributing to operation strategic planning, execution of key operational initiatives and the engagement and communications across internal staff and distribution channels under the Customer Operations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Serve as the central analytics and financial coordination partner to the Chief Customer Operations & Health Officer, synthesizing operational and financial data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards (Power BI / Tableau), integrating financial, operational, and customer experience data for ExCo and senior leadership.
- Lead agentic AI-enabled reporting and workflow automation initiatives to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee financial analysis, expense management, and cost centre governance across Operations and Health, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and optimization.
- Act as strategic liaison between Operations, Health, and distribution channels, orchestrating cross-functional engagement and communication.
- Transform complex data and business requirements into compelling, board-ready presentations, executive reports, and multi-modal digital content.
- Manage and develop high-performing analytics.
- Coordinate market intelligence, competitor analysis, and research activities to inform operational and strategic recommendations.
- Drive end to end staff engagement initiatives (townhalls, away days, volunteering), and maintain a comprehensive talent inventory for Operations.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science or related disciplines. Professional certifications (e.g., AIDA, CFA, FRM) are a strong plus.Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in insurance operations, analytics or financial management with proven impact on operational performance and decision-making.Solid understanding of the insurance value chain - underwriting, claims, policy servicing, customer service - with working knowledge of industry regulations and financial controls.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Copilot Studio and AI tools for productivity and content generation.Skilled in data analytics, dashboard development (Power BI, Tableau), financial modelling, cost optimization and performance tracking.Experience with workflow automation (e.g., RPA, AI-driven tools), operations platforms and data governance best practices.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling internal and external presentations in English and Chinese.Able to tailor messaging across internal stakeholders and distribution channels (agency, banca), with attention to tone and format.Demonstrated ability to manage projects and resources across multiple workstreams, delivering within tight timelines.Strategic mindset with hands-on capability to support operational planning, transformation execution, and process redesign.People-oriented team player with experience in stakeholder engagement and supporting staff development (e.g., training, analytics upskilling).
