Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project managemant and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.
The Job
You will :
- Assist the handling of the Club's licensing renewal and act as the single contact person in Property Facilities Management for all renewal issues.
- Devise and maintain the license renewal plan, which consists a schedule and estimated timing for various license renewals.
- Ensure all the relevant permits / certificates, which support the license renewal, are valid.
- Manage Property Facilities Management governance, processes, procedures and strategic initiatives. Initial focus on regulatory / compliance, sustainability and environmental matters, safety management, document management and training management in Property Facilities Management.
- Regular review, appraise and report on Property Facilities Management functional areas. Develop and suggest improvement actions, coordinate execution of actions with stakeholders and monitor results. Development and delivery of detailed reports, presentation and papers will be required.
- Engage and co-ordinate consultants and contractors and supervise their work to ensure their services are rendered competently, within budget and program according to service level determined. Contribute to other relevant Property Facilities Management functions and processes in regards to continuous improvements
About You
You should have :
A degree in building surveying, building services or electrical / mechanical engineering and should be a professionally qualified engineer HKIS, RICS, HKIE, CIBSE, IFMA, IMechE & IEE)A minimum of five years of facilities or property experience and be conversantwith building, building services, mechanical and electrical engineering technologyExperience in facilities management in propertiesExperience in license renewal process and document management processTerms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
