Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field 7+ years of Procurement experience in Food & Beverage, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex supplier contracts. Knowledge of sustainable procurement practices and industry regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems

Our client is a Leading Food & Beverage Manufacturer with decades of history and great market reputation. They are now looking for a Procurement Manager to lead the Procurement team focusing on Food & Beverage, packaging procurement.
Description
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise costs and ensure supply chain reliability.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key suppliers to secure high-quality materials.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and finance teams to align procurement with business goals.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation and cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company sustainability initiatives.
- Manage annual budget to meet company goals
- Lead a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
