Responsibilities
- Support the Head of HR with responsibilities to drive people agenda for different departments, and assisting to handle recruitment activities.
- Proactively perform talent acquisition and recruitment duties for the bank to capture top quality talent
- Support HRBP on annual performance and salary review, budgeting exercise and handle employee relations issues.
- Assist to input applicants' details into HRIS, managing the whole onboarding process, issuing employment related documents, and checking and maintaining new staff's personal files.
- Manage the Graduate Trainee Program and Internship Program.
- To handle HRBP related payments and regular reports such as monthly expenses reports, staff movements, headcounts and organizational structure.
- To handle staff enquiry and give advice to staff particularly on HR policies and procedures.
- Take a proactive role strengthening the Bank's organizational culture, ensuringmitment in values and approach.
- Handle various ad-hoc HR projects as they arise
Requirements
Minimum 15 years' experience in HR Business Partner role with reputable banks with solid experience in supporting HRBP and recruitment;Well-versed in HK labour laws; related legislations and its practiceDegree holder in Human Resources or related disciplineDetail-minded; Team player with, with strong written and verbalmunications and presentation skills in English and CantoneseProven ability to meet recurring deadlines and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner;If you believe you have the relevant skill and experience and is interested in this position, kindly get in touch with Jack Leung with your CV and contact details to engage in a confidential discussion.
