Handle monthly payroll calculation, final payments, attendance and leave management, salary wages and manpower reports
Work with internal and external parties for daily HR operations and administrations
Maintain and update staff records in the HRMS system
Assist in participating in ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
1-2 years of relevant working experience
Well-versed with the HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
A good team player, responsible and detail-minded with a good numerical sense
Immediate availability is highly preferred
