Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in data analysis, statistics, mathematics, data science, computer science, quantitative analysis, marketing or a related discipline
- 4-6 years’ experience in data analysis, analytics, and market research in Hong Kong & China
- Proficiency with SPSS, MS Excel & PowerPoint, VBA and / or SQL
- Knowledge of statistical or analysis tools or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), R or Python will be an advantage
- Proven English proficiency & fluent Putonghua
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen, good communication, proactive, detail-minded, fast-learner, able to work independently to meet tight deadlines
- Able to work overtime, during weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities :
Conduct holistic market & customer research, surveys, and data analysis, as well as prepare reports on properties markets, retail markets and other Group’s business so as to understand market sentiment, customer behaviours & needs, and to identify areas of improvementDesign data analysis & analytics methodology, define and write users requirements, and execute to perform for property database development, data analysis and reporting automationLiaise with internal departments and external vendors / agencies on requirementsPerform ad-hoc tasks and other related projects as assignedCandidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Research Officer)
