Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent quality services, handle customers' enquiries / instructions efficiently and provide after-sales support.
- Handle and follow up customer'splaint.
- Handle customer's enquiry via different channels ( phones, Internet, mail and fax).
- Acquire business opportunity and refer business to other sales units.
Qualifications and Attributes :
Secondary education with minimum 1 year's relevant experience in customer services.Goodmunication and interpersonal skills.Goodmand of written and spoken English ,Chinese and Putonghua.Possess IIQE and / HKSI License(s) is / are preferable.General Banking and Credit Card teams are required to perform shift duty (5 Days work week) Mon to Fri : 9 : 00am to 10 : 00pm and Sat : 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
