Responsibilities :
- Prepare the annual reports, interim reports, circulars, announcements and other corporate communications to shareholders
- Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association
- Provide full range of company secretarial services, organize Board and general meetings and ensure a robust process to be achieved
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and enhance corporate governance measures
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements :
Bachelor degree with professional memberships of ICSA / HKICSAt least 7 years’ hands-on solid company secretarial experience gained from banking sector is preferredProficiency in English and Chinese and fluency in Mandarin is a distinctive advantageEffective interpersonal communication skillAble to work independently with minimal supervision and attentive to details are essentialWe offer competitive packages and promising career opportunities to the right candidates.
