Are you someone who enjoys both leading and doing? We’re looking for a  Business Support Manager  who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure our Hong Kong office runs smoothly and efficiently.

WHAT YOU’LL DO ​

As the Business Support Manager, you are responsible for creating a smooth, efficient, and service-focused office environment that supports both people and business needs. In a lean and dynamic office, you’ll take ownership of daily operations, manage key administrative functions, and ensure great workplace experience through proactive planning, execution, and collaboration.

• Oversee all office operations including reception, facilities, travel, security, vendor procurement and services, ensuring a professional and supportive environment.
• Own and drive a positive workplace experience by maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-functioning office that reflects our business needs and culture.
• Provide reliable business support across functions, including housing, visa, event coordination, and internal processes.
• Lead and develop the office support team, while also stepping in to cover administrative tasks when promoting a culture of service, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and payments with accuracy and cost awareness.
