Job descriptionHolder of Advance Diploma or above in Hospitality, Event Management or related disciplines Minimum 3 years of Catering and Event sales experience in hospitality industry Good interpersonal and communication skills Good sense of market trend and strong negotiation skills Proactive, innovative, mature and goal oriented Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin More experience will be considered as Catering Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the event logistics from sales till the completion of the event
- Responsible for providing latest market intelligence and competitor activities
- Promote varieties of functions in the hotel to achieve or exceed budgeted revenue
- Conduct sales calls, entertainment and attending social events as requested by the Company
- Recognize the needs for new and modified function / event approaches
- Achieve monthly and annual assigned sales target
