Job descriptionDegree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management 15+ years experience in civil infrastructure (roads / bridges preferred) MRICS or HKIE qualification preferred Expert knowledge of FIDIC / ECC contracts Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin advantageous) Oversee all commercial aspects of HK$500M+ projects Manage claims, variations, and final accounts Lead procurement strategy and tender evaluations Mentor junior QS team members
3cRGH is a specialist construction recruitment firm working exclusively with a leading international civil engineering contractor on their Hong Kong projects. Our client specializes in large-scale infrastructure development including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and foundation works, with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex projects to the highest standards.
Commercial Manager ( Roads & Infrastructure Projects)
Salary : HK$90,000-120,000 / month + 13-month guaranteed bonus
About the Role :
- Lead commercial strategy for major civil infrastructure projects, ensuring financial control and contract compliance across all project phases.
