Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance business relationships with bank brokers, ensuring alignment withpany performance metrics and operational standards.
- Expand and deepen partnerships with existing bank brokers while actively identifying new sales opportunities and developing relationships with new bank partners.
- Deliver exceptional service and cultivate strong relationships with business partners by employing effective problem-solving skills. Liaise with internal departments to address day-to-day issues and ensure high service standards.
- Provideprehensive sales and administrative support, including the preparation of sales and operational presentations, policy applications, post-sales service support, regular performance reports, and market analysis.
- Training and Events Coordination
- Organize and support broker training sessions and client events to enhance engagement and facilitate knowledge sharing.
To be considered, you should be a Degree holder with a minimum of 7 years in the insurance industry, with years in business development. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, coupled with amitment to excellent customer service. Good understanding of the banking and insurance markets, including awareness of regulatory environments. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
