Qualification requirements :

NO work experience required
NO sales involved
Basic computer skills on MS Office; Words & Excel, etc.
Training with professional knowledge on container terminal operations, international shipping and local logistics industry

Role responsibilities :

Handle customer enquiries for electronic shipping documents to meet shipment deadline.

Provide customer with training on registration and application of new service.

Handle enquiry on payment, liaise with Accounts Dept billing on reconciliation if necessary

Work on roster includes Saturday & Sunday(total working hours equivalent to 5-day work)
