Senior / Business Technology Manager (Personal Banking)

职位描述Degree holder inputer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines 4-8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in banking or finance sector. Less year experience will business technology manager Strong analytical and report-writing skills Goodmunication and presentation skill Experience in vendor management Good team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure Knowledge in investment or debit card products would be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Liaise among business stakeholders, IT units, vendors to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented
- Plan and manage the execution of project lifecycle, requirement gathering, analysis, implementation, testing, production rollout and maintenance effectively
- Work closely with users, vendors, development teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams for system requirement analysis, effort estimation
- Coordinate UAT and prepare documentation
- Providing production support to business units
- Liaise and coordinate effectively with both internal and external parties
- Monitor andmunicate project progress and issues with project teams
