Your role
- To provide professional customer services to clients via phone calls / email / live-chat
- To handle customer inquiries and fulfill customer requests in areas including dining reservations, travel planning, shopping services, entertainment, sports, recreation & special events
- To manage communication with customers in a friendly, professional & courteous manner
- To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
To succeed in this role
HKCEE / DSE graduated or aboveN2 level or above in Japanese in both written and spokenEffective communication in written & verbal English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)Customer-oriented, good telephone manner & problem solving skillProficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processingContacts for Enquiries
