职位描述Real Estate Product Development Global Asset Manager Ideally 12+ years of professional experience in Investor Relations and / or PERE Lead strategic planning and execution for new product launches, including preparation of investor presentation materials, and management of due diligence processes. Develop talking points, prepare tailored presentations, and oversee the execution of investor-related strategic projects in coordination with senior stakeholders. Build in-depth knowledge of the firm’s Asia real estate funds and serve as the go-to internal resource for product-specific insights and positioning. Collaborate across investment, marketing, and operations teams to produce high-quality materials that clearly communicate strategy, performance, and portfolio themes Own the production and consistency of investor communications, including responses to LP queries and the delivery of materials such as reporting, webinars, and investor letters. Ideally 12+ years of professional experience. Prior work experience in investor relations and / or real estate private equity is preferred. Private Equity experienced will be considered. Strong attention to detail. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
