职位描述10-15 years of experience in finance, with a focus on real estate fund management. Strong knowledge of fund structures. Proven track record in financial analysis and reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial management of multiple real estate funds.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate fund performance and investment opportunities.
- Ensurepliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investment portfolio.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
- Report directly to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
