Handle, examine and settle Accident & Health claims according with Company philosophy and guidelines
Comply with claims instructions and provide quality work effectively and efficiently
Handle related enquiries from the policyholders, brokers or relevant parties
Support manager to implement initiatives to improve performance
Maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, recent / fresh graduate is welcome with mid-back office administrative experiences
Results oriented, self-motivated, responsible individual with high levels of integrity
Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese, good speaking Mandarin is preferred
Proficient in Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
