The Asia ex-Japan FICC Credit and Mortgages Sales team is looking to add a Vice President to our team. This will focus on (1) sourcing asset and fund level financing for sponsors and private credit funds, and (2) illiquid credit sourcing and distribution with various financial institutions including bank and hedge funds, etc. The role requires a high degree of autonomy and entrepreneurship in delivering solutions to the firm and to clients, prospecting for new relationships, and building an internal network with trading, structuring and IBD teams.

OUR IMPACT

Our credit and mortgages teams focus on underwriting (1) Fund Level Financing (capital call, hybrid, NAV facilities); 2) Real Estate Asset Level Financing (bridge loan, construction financing, stabilizing financing, stabilized financing, etc., on various RE asset classes); 3) Back-leverage on single asset and portfolio; 4) Warehouse Financing for Granular Portfolio (including for Consumer loans, SME loans, Mortgages, ; 5) Other financing, including infrastructure single asset & portfolio financing, and listed securitization arrangement, etc; 6) trading and structuring of illiquid corporate Mezzanine / Unitranche / Senior loans.

Our new hire will be focused on sourcing above opportunities from a wide range of financial institutions leveraging relationships and technical skillsets.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary sourcer for financing opportunities listed above; work with trading, structuring, IBD teams (at times cross-divisionally and across regions) to execute
• Procure fund financing pipeline /  opportunities with global / local sponsor clients in PE / Private Credit / Infrastructure / RE
• Primary sourcer for illiquid credit, including but not limited to illiquid corporate Mezzanine / Unitranche / Senior loans
• Demonstrate the desire and ability to build long-term relationships both internally and externally
• Interact collaboratively with various teams to ensure seamless execution and minimize operational risk
