Responsibilities
- Provide Administration and Customer Services to Pension Business
- Provide one-stop administration service to Pension clients including enrolment, contribution, termination, policy / record maintenance, regulatory filing, issuing of client reports, and responding to client / intermediary's enquiries andplaints in a timely manner
- Provide servicing support to distribution channels brokers / agents / bank alliances on Pension's clients related issues
- Handles enquiries escalated by the eMPF Platform in relation to scheme administrative functions performed by the eMPF Platform which are required for Trustee's discretion and reply to the eMPF Platform within pre-defined turnaround time
- Conduct AML / Dow Jones regular checking of all scheme participants (including corporate level and member level) in accordance with Trustee's established procedure
- Review potential irregular cases escalated by the eMPF Platform which are required for Trustee's discretion and reply to the eMPF Platform within pre-defined turnaround time
- Escalate any potential hit cases to AMLpliance for review and senior management for approval
- Update control logs for monitoring purpose
- Review and update administration procedures to reflect change of regulatory requirement and Group policy
- Perform any other duties and projects as assigned
- Be the module owner as assigned
