Loyalty Platform UAT Tester – Leading Global Consultancy

Responsibilities

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for loyalty platforms, ensuring alignment with business requirements and user expectations.
• Develop and execute manual test scenarios and test cases, specifically tailored for loyalty platform functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure a thorough understanding and testing of loyalty platform features.
• Document and track defects using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, and Confluence, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
• Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to the testing process, adapting as necessary to project needs.
• Provide detailed test reports and UAT summaries to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and rmendations for improvements.
