Responsibilities
- Assist Division Manager to explore and develop new customer base, for example, government bodies, developers, architects, contractors, consultants, property management companies etc.
- Assist Division Manager to achieve the sales targets set by the company.
- Assist Division Manager in all aspects of sales activities, including product promotion, project co-ordination, quotation preparation, sample development follow up, customer and site visits and payment follow up etc.
- Handle all kinds of customer enquiries and provide quality pre-sales and post-sales services and technical support to customers.
- Report customer complaints in all aspects of quality / process / product issues and help product manager to provide prompt and appropriate response.
- Handle outstanding invoice collections.
- Others. Responsible for all non-routine works assigned by the employee’s supervisor.
Requirements :
