Responsibilities :
Demonstrate passion for the brand, introduce and promote product features to customers, and actively understand and analyze customer needs
Assist customers from visiting the store, test driving, following up, providing purchasing plans, and delivering vehicles, ensuring a high-quality service experience
Proactively identify potential customers, maintain contact, invite them to the store, and facilitate the conversion of leads
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to understand their usage and satisfaction, offering after-sales support and services
Actively participate in marketing activities organized by the company to help enhance brand awareness and product influence
Achieve monthly targets, including but not limited to sales and customer satisfaction
Ensure the accuracy of sales administrative documents and maintain collaboration and communication with internal departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery
Strictly adhere to the company's business operation processes and codes of conduct, as well as the audit and brand requirements from the manufacturer
Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements : Tertiary educated
Car enthusiast, with at least 3 years of experience in automotive sales, , preferrable European brands or new energy vehicles.
Be highly motivated and self-driven to achieve business targets
Presentable, and strong in building up relationship and communication skills
Holder of driving license (no. 1 & 2) is a must
Obtain passes in IIQE (Paper I & II) is preferred
