Project Executive

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist in event lifecycle management, from initial concept & brief, ticket flow & page setup, on-site management & customer support, to payment settlement and project closure;
• Assist in production of business documents, including but not limit to solution brief and workflow, quotation, agreement, proposal and reports;
• Handle enquiry from event promoters, facilitate communication with organizers, venues and other related parties, follow through the entire lifecycle for successful project rollout;
• Responsible for daily operational tasks, reporting and meeting arrangement;
• Provide other clerical and administrative support as needed.

Job Location : Kwun Tong (2 minutes walk to Kwun Tong MTR station)
