职位描述Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education. 2-4 years of experience in pension administration, with at least 1 year of experience in internal control or quality control monitoring preferred. A fintech mindset with a strong interest in leveraging technology to solve problems and improve processes. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, with advanced skills in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience with data analytics tools is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese at a business level. Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience but a demonstrated passion for fintech and quality assurance will be considered for the Executive, Quality Assurance position.
Senior Executive / Executive, Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize digital tools to monitor and optimize pension administration processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and service delivery standards.
- Support the design and implementation of a tech-driven quality control framework, leveraging data analytics and process automation to enhance operational efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and operational incidents using advanced problem-solving techniques and digital solutions, while preparing comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Lead and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support trustee onboarding and data migration projects, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Continuously review and update procedures and guidelines, incorporating fintech innovations to improve quality management, complaint resolution, and regulatory reporting.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc projects, exploring innovative solutions to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
