Responsibilities
- Focus on the strategic planning of Talent Management and Acquisition on a global scale
- Facilitate the corporate human capital committee
- Develop progression and succession programs
- Design Leadership development programs and Talent assessment processes
- Directly handle senior executive recruiting if needed
- Refine New hire selection processes
- Manage the new hire approval processes
- Monitor and optimize the budget of global recruiting
Requirements
Degree Holder or above in HR related disciplinesAt least 12 years related experienceProven track record in Talent Management area from a well established organization(s) with multiple Business Lines / UnitsExperience in taking up a HR leadership role with regional / group level exposureExcellent communicator and team playerStrong negotiation and presentation skill
