Description
- Create, track, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Collaborate with production teams to align procurement activities with manufacturing schedules and inventory needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate terms, and resolve issues related to pricing, delivery, or quality.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and contract terms.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement status, supplier performance, and production planning metrics.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.4+ years of experience in purchasing, supply planning, inventory management, or a similar role.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices is a plus.Job Offer
