DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE (STAFF CANTEEN)

You will be working for a 298-room hotel, which is only a 3-minute walk from Tuen Mun MTR station.

Can you handle the heat in our kitchen? You’ll feel right at home if :

• Responsible in Operation, from preperation to cooking 負責從準備到烹飪的操作
• Providing qualified dishes to associates according to hotel standard 根據酒店標準為員工提供菜餚
• Preparing Menu and Purchasing Ingredients by using computer 使用電腦編製餐單及採購食材
• Maintain high standard of food hygiene and safety 保持高標準的食品衛生和安全

If you have a minimum of three years’ experience working in a hotel or free-standing restaurants; if you have completed culinary education; if you are flexible, self-motivated, a good communicator and a team player, then we want you at Penta!

Holder of Certificate in Hygiene Manager or Hygiene Supervisor is preferred.
