The Department

Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project managemant and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.

The Job

You will :

  • Assist Facilities Services officer in managing concierge and implementing customer services and reception services initiatives
  • Supervise outsource teams to provide cleaning, security, pest control, landscaping and day to day Facilities Management services in Quarters. Evaluate their services performance
  • Ensure all planned and scheduled services are being delivered as the services contract and services level agreement
  • Carry out site patrol to ensure the facilities readiness, cleanliness and standard are well maintained
  • Check all services reports submitted by services provider
  • Assist to report all incidents and follow-up until close out of the incident

About You

You should have :

  • A degree / higher diploma in Facility Management / Property Management or building related studies
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience in facility management / property management / hospitality industry
  • Good interpersonal skill with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Hands-on experience in software applications such as English and Chinese word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Experience in managing high-end and large residential complex is an advantage
  • Proactive and independent attitude
  • Required to wear uniforms and perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours (5 working days, required working on Saturday and Sunday)
