Responsibilities

Oversee the development and management of insurance products and services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to drive product innovation.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Must hold a valid Responsible Officer license for insurance.

Proven experience in the insurance sector, preferably within a digital or virtual banking environment.

Cantonese is Mandatory
