Your new role

This role is a newly created position aimed at expanding the team's technical speciality in the client management team, specifically, acting as the Team Head in the Pension Corporate Client Management team.

You will be leading a specialist team of 10 people, ensuring the retention targets for the department are achieved while proactively pursuing new business opportunities and growing the client portfolio and revenue.

You will be the key point of escalation where able to handleplex issues and provide solutions to address key client queries.

You are tasked with conducting and implementing effective ways of performance evaluations and cultivating a high-performing team.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for candidates with the below experience and abilities :

• With 12+ years' experience within the financial services sector in corporate account management and strong knowledge of Pension / MPF;
• Strong presentation andmunication skills, particularly in relationship building, execution, team management and negotiations;
• Professional proficiency in English and Chinese;
• Experience of delivering a strong track record in business retention and managing "Request for Proposals" in acquiring new clients;
