Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to design, implement and maintain L&D solutions which align with functional knowledge, processes and policies to support business strategy
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive learning agenda / regional roadmaps or strategic programs
- Conduct learning needs analysis and execute regional learning roadmap / priority programs adoption through proactive interactions with internal stakeholders
- Continually evaluate / assess effectiveness and benefits of curricula & programs related to training delivery, content, methods and participants' or senior management feedback
- Ensure flawless execution of curricula to create a joyful client experience
- Represent DBS Academy to stakeholders through clear and concise, client-orientedmunication
- Identify, evaluate and deliver appropriate learning interventions to internal stakeholders through the use of stand up facilitation, in-house resources and / or external consultants / vendors where appropriate
- Ensure all areas of workply with internal controls, audit and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Degree holder with at least 8 years of Learning & Development experience in the financial industry preferredEffective team player with strong influencing & negotiation skills and able to work with staff of all levels / rankExperience in people management or coaching is a plusAble to consult and provide independent and objective advice to key internal stakeholders as neededAble to manage program design and conduct stand up delivery / facilitationLearning design & development, learning technology, data analytics and media skills advantageousDigital literacy and understanding of technology and tech trends advantageousExperience in vendor managementExperience in L&D programme managementApply Now
