Social Media Manager

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with ATL and BTL content marketing campaigns
• Create engaging content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube , Twitter)
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and improve strategies
• Engage with followers and respond to comments / messages in a timely manner
• Recommend best practices for engaging with potential guests online
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments if required

Requirements :

University degree holder in Marketing / Communications or related subjects

At least 5 years’ experience in of experience in social media management, specifically in hospitality or travel industry is preferred

In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their target audiences in Hong Kong

Excellent communication skills with fluency in written English and Chinese

Strong storyteller, able to distil complex ideas into understandable and relatable story anglesAbility to work independently and meet deadlines
