Job Responsibilities :
- Support the Safety Manager in implementing safety protocols for sports facilities and outdoor / water sports environments.
- Manage accident reporting and incident investigations.
- Conduct regular safety and risk assessments across facility areas.
- Perform daily safety patrols during classes, social bookings, and events.
- Maintain and check safety equipment, including AED and first aid boxes.
- Assist in conducting staff first aid and safety training programs.
- Implement weather-related safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
- Support wildlife safety management procedures.
- Coordinate logistics for safety drills and emergency simulations.
- Assist in preparing documentation for safety audits.
- To perform comprehensive facility safety inspections.
Job Requirements :
Higher diploma or above in Safety Management, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management or related field.Registered Safety Officer.Registered Safety Auditor will be an advantage.Certification in Occupational Safety and First Aid.Strong understanding of safety protocols and risk assessment methodologies.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in dynamic and potentially challenging environments.Proven ability to respond quickly and effectively to potential safety risks.Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.We offer an attractive remuneration package with fringe benefits to the right candidate, such as :
