We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager (less experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Executive role) to support our dynamic Marketing and Public Relations team across Hong Kong and China. You play a key role in executing marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support Market Development & Growth : Assist in implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and executing online / offline campaigns to drive business growth.
- Contribute to Product & Service Innovation : Collaborate with Product Development on marketing and launch strategies for new offerings, and support related PR activities.
- Assist in Brand Building & Reputation Management : Support the implementation of brand strategy, help manage the company's reputation, and ensure brand consistency.
- Support Corporate Image Enhancement : Assist in marketing and PR activities to promote a positive corporate image and ESG initiatives.
- Assist in Brand Management : Help develop and maintain brand guidelines, monitor brand performance, and contribute to the creation of marketing materials.
- Support Sales & Business Development Events : Assist in planning and executing events and preparing promotional materials.
- Assist with Large Exhibitions : Support the organisation and participation in trade shows.
- Support New Product Launches & Sales : Assist in executing launch plans and marketing campaigns to drive product sales.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.For Assistant Marketing Manager : 2-4 years of experience in a marketing role.For Senior Executive (Less Experience Considered) : Strong passion for marketing, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a proactive attitude. Relevant internships or early career experience welcome.Understanding of online and offline marketing channels.Strong organisational and project management skills.Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
