Exciting New Role for You

• You will support to lead and manage the Customer Support ("CS") team proactively.
• It is important to support to expand transaction business in HKG in various measurements and contribute to the Bank by co-working with colleagues in Singapore and Japan regional team.
• You are also required to coach junior staff in order to meet the department / corporate objectives or strategies.
• You are expected to suggest or raise up your own view based on your observation as the responsible person for operation, system andpliance in the department.
• You are expected to take a necessary action independently to negotiate with the stakeholder especially in operation, system andpliance issue.
