The Alumni Affairs Office (AAO) is committed to developing a connected alumni community and promoting alumni’s sense of belonging to their alma mater. We strive for broadening the reach and deepening the relationship with our alumni community through our four strategic cornerstones, namely communication, events & programmes, alumni associations & network, and database. We are looking for passionate and high-calibre candidates who share our vision to join our dynamic team.
The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing assistance in the maintenance of alumni database; (b) preparing alumni data analytics; (c) supporting the Office’s administration and alumni services; (d) liaising with internal and external parties; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned. Occasional irregular working hours including weekends, evenings or holidays may be required.
Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) Grade E / Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese, English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English) : Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained” or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (iii) at least 3 years’ post-qualification work experience; (iv) fast and accurate Chinese and English word-processing skills; (v) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua; (vi) proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Office and HTML; (vii) good interpersonal and communication skills; and (viii) the ability to work independently and as a team member. Having advance knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access and database management, and relevant work experience at tertiary institutions, with database and / or CRM maintenance experience will be advantageous. Shortlisted candidates may be required to sit for written, and / or computer skills tests.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
