Type 9 Responsible Officer – Real Estate Fundraising

Responsibilities

• Act as the Type 9 RO under the SFC, ensuring fullpliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to meet SFC licensing requirements.
• Liaise with the SFC and other regulatory bodies, managing submissions and responding to inquiries.
• Oversee the management of real estate investment portfolios.
• Ensure investment strategies align with client objectives and risk profiles.
• Monitor market conditions and portfolio performance, providing strategic insights to senior management.
• Conduct regularpliance audits and risk assessments.
• Identify and mitigate potential regulatory and operational risks.
• Provide training and support to staff onpliance matters and regulatory updates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the SFC.
• Foster strong relationships with clients through effectivemunication and service delivery.
