A Well Established Foreign Bank is looking for Senior Officer to join their Remittance and Payment Operations team.

Your new role

• Execute and perform inward and outward remittance processes, as well as cheque clearing and collection
• Manage daily transactions, including internal transfers, time deposits, cheque deposits, cheque clearing, and FPS
• Deliver exceptional customer service professionally, including performing callbacks, handling internal and external inquiries, and addressing service requests
• Process customer instructions such as audit confirmations, and bank confirmations
• Remain vigilant for suspicious money laundering activities by verifying blacklist records
• Provide administrative support and perform other ad-hoc duties as required
