职位描述Qualified Accountant and University Graduate or above Min. 8 years’ relevant work experience in accounting with at least 5 years managerial role Solid experience in management accounting, knowledge in shipping industry is highly desirable Relevant audit work experience in one of the Big Four auditing firms is an advantage Strong analytical skill, logical thinking, self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure Proactive, adapt to changes, attentiveness to details and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment An effective team leader with strong interpersonal and influential abilities, and able motivate the team to meet tight deadlines Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus Hands on with proficiency in PC knowledge and MS applications, especially in advanced Excel; database and SAP knowledge is a definite asset

Responsibilities
- Lead a team, be in charge and ensure the integrity, accuracy and timely delivery of weekly and monthly management reports, annual budget and forecast
- Work closely with other headquarter departments to understand and explain the business performance
- Perform variance analysis, review and monitor costs and drive initiatives to meet and align the financial goals of business, identify opportunities on improving financial performance
- Refine and improve the management accounting procedure and methodology
- Lead the team in the enhancement of financial systems and reports
- Produce high-quality analysis on ad-hoc basis and assist in other ad hoc assignments when required
