职位描述Higher Diploma or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 1 - 2 years’ sales experience preferred Welcome university graduates Candidate with more experience would be considered as Senior Service Sales Engineer Experience in building service / engineering related industry would be an advantage Self-motivated, hardworking and positive Strong interpersonal, presentation and selling skills Good spoken and written in English and Chinese

What you will do
This person will join the Service Sales Team in Hong Kong. She / he will help to develop new business opportunities, secure qualified sales appointments and build a network of industry contacts and influencers to act as a source for leads to meet and exceed customer requirements as well as to and attain or exceed company growth objectives.
How you will do it
- Support account management for the first tier facility management companies, and involve with bidding in the tendering process
- Maintain good relationship with customers to ensure quality of work are met
- Develop sales lead and identify customer requirements
- Support new business development
- Provide direct support to key customers via commercial zone, regional, and territory contact
- Maintain good relationship with customers to ensure quality of work to the satisfaction of customer and meet the agreed statement, quality standard, sales target and business objectives
