Operation Manager

1. Perform Quality control to make sure all products and services are up to standard and fulfill company expectations

2. ⁠able to control well labour cost

3. ⁠Good communicate between shops and company to make sure positive working attitude and correct company messages are delivered downwards and opinions or reports are correctly reported upwards.

4. ⁠Able to build up good team spirit among shops and different brands

5. ⁠willing to work in front line and to work on weekend and public holidays upon operation needs

6. ⁠must join training to acquire basic knowledge of each brand

7. ⁠Positive mindset and hardworking

8. ⁠Love Japanese culture and willing to contribute for company overall development

9. ⁠Assist in shop development, able to coordinate with different parties for shop renovation, shop opening, marketing activities, able to communicate smoothly with different departments in the company etc.

10. ⁠wiling to work on shift if required by operation.

11. ⁠hard working, responsible, positive mindset, have good training skills, capable of multi tasks, good communication skills, good analysis skills, good personalities, good leaderships, honest and sincere

12. ⁠data analysis reports, meeting PowerPoint, perform regular shop inspection

Requirements

• at least 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience
• At least 3 years in supervisory level in Retail, F&B and cafe field
• Good communication skill, strong in negotiation, influencing, interpersonal and presentation skills & strong sense of customer focus
• Strong in sales and capable to derive sales revenue
• Work with enthusiasm and willing to grow with company
• Capable to train and lead frontline staffs to derive sales and meet company sales target
• Proficient in PC skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong self-motivation, multi-tasking and numeric intelligent
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• May Need to work on public holiday and replacement holiday will be applied
