Responsibilities :
- To facilitate sales operations and to assist with pre-management works of a newly developed residential project
- To be responsible for the handover process of a newly developed residential project
- To manage the whole handover process, including but not limited to office administration, procurement, customer services, complaint handling and following up etc.
- To manage and supervise the team members in order to ensure their services properly provided
- To perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements :
Degree / Diploma holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplinesAt least 3 years' relevant experience in luxury residential building / pre-management projects; Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer, Property ServicesSound experience in handling handover projects is a mustMember of a professional body recognized by the PMSA is an advantageGood command of both spoken and written English and ChineseProficient in MS OfficeWork Location : Shap Pat Heung (Yuen Long)The personal data provided will only be used for recruitment and employment-related purposes.
