Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee The Foundation's overall organisational effectiveness
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic goals for both the Foundation and its sponsored schools
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet financial goals
- Build and nurture a robust network with internal and external stakeholders - including our members, alumni and their parents, education organisations, collaborative partner, donors - to enhance support and foster collaboration
- Oversee branding and public image promotional initiatives across all platforms, digital and traditional, and to enhance community visibility
- Coordinate events, publications and communications to engage stakeholders effectively
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in organisational development, customer relations; branding, or fundraising (working experience in the education sector will be a plus)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ChineseStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholdersCreative, proactive and results-driven with strong project management abilitiesWhy Join Us :
